Early pregnancy or ovarian cyst??

I had unprotected sex a week after my period (September 11-15). I began to feel very sharp pains in my ovaries for about a week. It feels as if someone
is squeezing and twisting them. This pain also followed by lower back pain. My ovaries don't hurt as bad anymore. Now it comes and goes. I have also been feeling very sleepy. This last week I've been feeling slightly dizzy. I took a pregnancy test on Monday Oct 5th. It came out negative obviously do to taking it too soon. My breast don't hurt they just feel slightly sensative. It isnt anything too crazy and my areolas aren't seeming to change color. I'm planing on taking another at home pregnancy test on Monday Oct 12.
Could I be pregnant or may this be something else?

I just got off my period 5 days ago but yesterday morning, when I went to pee, there was blood in my panties like I was starting My period all over again and I'm having pain in my ovary area and in my upper belly too. There's blood when I wipe after I pee. I don't know what this could be. Its too early for implantation blood, isn't it??

Hey Ya'll, so I am about 11 dpo and for the last 4 or so days I have had various bizaar symptoms that I don't normally have after ovulation. It started out w/ AF like cramps and constantly feeling like it was about to start, which never happens just 1 week after ovulation. It then got to being a pulling, muscle straining feeling at about 8dpo. I have had cramps on and off like AF since and when I lay down for bed I have gotten ever so slight heartburn and cannot sleep. My husband and I DTD 1dpo (according to my tracker) and usually he is careful but decided not to "put his raincoat on" before and didn't pull out or anything. Shortly after that I had a bizaar high sex drive then the cramps started about 6 or 7 days later. I have taken PTs (mostly 20-25ng/ml dollar store ones) and gotten negs. I still have 2 days to (possible) AF but I have an off cycle that can be 25-37 days so I am going nuts trying to wait. Also the night before last I had a SHARP pain in my right side in the middle of the night, felt like someone was pulling on my ligament, have had hip and thigh/leg aches and last night I had a horrible back ache all across my lower back radiating up that was only improved by laying on my back. Also, at about 9dpo I had internal shaky feelings on and off but wasn't very visibly shaky and really bad diarrhea all day with some solid stools and then I took a shower and after I got a feverish feeling and had to layer up for a few hours and felt kinda nauseous... I had a flu shot for nursing school (preservative free one at about 3dpo) but have never had these symptoms in my 9 or 10 years of periods or any other time ive gotten the flu shot (with preservatives, which usually made me sicker immediately after but not almost a week later). I feel fine in the mornings and some days nausea will come and go but only enough to make my throat tighten a little and lose interest in food. I have been oddly calm (usually a stressful mess that is not very patient to anyone). I don't take BC, just use condoms, but I took a 10ng/ml PT this morning and I think it was negative (forgot to check it and went back and I think it was an evap line). I've also eaten a lot during morning and mid day/afternoon but its not really that I'm hungry, just not satisfied until I eat a crap ton of food. I know that none of you can tell me if I'm pregnant or not, I just wanna know, if the symptoms continue should I be worried for pregnancy or cysts? Or something else. My boobs are not tender at all and some people say my sense of smell is strong because they don't smell what I smell and sex has been a little more tender than usual but then other times I feel totally symptoms free as I go about my day... Sorry if I'm sharing too much but I just wanna make sure you all are well informed so I get the best guesses. With being in nursing school money is really tight right now (I dont work and my husband just had Dr visits that were $$$$) so I really wanna wait to go to the Dr because every time I go I feel like an idiot because it ends up being nothing. But the back aches last night were pretty dang horrible and the cramping can get pretty bad at night (sometimes it hurts so bad in my back and pelvis that I can't even tell if I have pain anywhere else!). Thanks for any help you can offer! I've never been pregnant so I have no idea if I'm just crazy or if it could be pregnancy or something else and I just hate this waiting game!

Hello i have been to the ER twice within the past two weeks. In my first visit the dr. Couldn't detect a ovarian cyst. In my recent visit last week the dr. Detected a ovarian cyst and told me that usually disappear within months for some women but i would have to have it removed if it gets bigger. For 4 weeks now and counting i have been experiencing headaches, fevers, heartburn, sore, achy, tender nipples, heavier breast, increasing heart rate and soreness in my pelvic area I've had two missed periods from August and September. I haven't spotted. But i have been having white creamy discharge and just yesterday I've been having a light brown discharge. Im very worried because i have not ever experienced these thing before. Im starting to get really nervous because im not taking any bcp nor shots. Could this mean my cyst is growing? ;¬(
Can anyone give me any advise on what i am experiencing? Please!! =~(

Hi! my right ovary hurts.. could i be pregnant or is this ovarian cysts? last intercouse was may then i got period for the last 2 months but this month, i didnt have. its been 2 weeks that i thought my period will come but it didnt. I am so worried now :( thank you

I'm having something similar. I'm not sure if it's all in my head or not. I've had cramping for a week now and lots of discharge. About 2 weeks ago is when I should've ovulated and I had two small blood clots the size of rice krispies. I now have sore tingling nipple's as of yesterday and I'm still cramping. And i do have acne. Negative tests though. Can somebody give some advice.

On 7/5/15 I went to the ER for abdominal pain it turns out I have a ovarian cyst, pregnancy test both blood and urine came back negative. Now July 13, I continue to have abdominal pain, tender breast and frequent urine. I believe all those symptoms of the cyst, well I decided to take a home pregnancy test, test came back positive not one but three. Is it possible I can be pregnant or is it just the cyst?

Hi! Last 2013 i had an ectopic pregnancy and im not really aware that Im pregnant because of the negative result of HPT until i felt the unbearable pain in my lower right side abdomen. I went to my OB and had urine test and came out negative until my dr decided to get my blood test and it showed the double line. My OB advised me to have an ultrasound and the result was not good because my pregnancy was not successful coz it was an Ectopic. After 7 mos or so my menstruation became regular.

October 7, 2014 is my last menstruation and i will be 2 months delayed this december 7. My breast wasnt feel tender or full, but i felt quick sharp pain on my tummy sometimes on my right or left side or on my lower abdomen. My lower abdomen became big like slight numb to feel. My belly buttom became hard to touch and if you will press below my belly button you will feel there is hard part inside. Every 5 minutes i feel hungry, bathroom rush is now reduced but the feeling of being faint was much stronger every day. I feel that im pregnant, but i took a home pregnancy test every week the result was negative. Now i am forcing myself not to believe im pregnant but had another problem. Please i need to know if somebody experienced the same way. I need an advise. Tnx
