Fot the last three days, my neck makes a cracking noise when i turn my head to the left. there is no pain, but i want to know if i shoild worry about this? or will it go away?

I just read about it everywhere I just started getting it after my stroke some people are born that way and most people say they have been to the Dr. and there's nothing you can do about it..

Sorry to say it will not go away. It's arthritis. I had it for years! No pain, just the crackling whenever I turn my neck. I learned to ignore it and most of the time don't hear it or think about it. I rather be this way then have to take medication for the rest of my life. I also have other joint problems and Post Menopausal. I take vitamins and Fish Oil, which really helps. Eating healthy makes a difference too. Good luck! Hope you can find what works for you!
