Is girth increase possible

I've only 3 inch girth of penis , and i had somehow heard about injections ,
Kindly if any of you could help me in getting updated about the possible effects of Penis girth and can injection get me 1 inch more in girth , not in length , but only 1 inch extra girth. and can i satisfy an American girl with 3 inch girth and 4 inches length?
Most Importantly , I request females to help me with sincere reply.
