Hello:
Just wondering if anyone has read any inspirational mental health/spiritual books lately. I have a book club http://www.completecounselingsolutions.com/books.php and I would like to add some books and get a book club going on a monthly basis with discussions. So, if anyone has read anything good, please let me know. thank-you

I venture to say that most of us take life for granted. I just found out today that my goddaughter's mother has only a few months to live; she's only 45. What would you say to someone if you knew your days were numbered?
Randy Pausch, a Professor at Carnegie Mellon who recently succumbed to pancreatic cancer, was asked that question and his Last Lecture became a best seller. This is one book that should be on a "must read" list.

A couple people have recommended Ekhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" and "Stillness Speaks" to me, although I haven't read them myself. My understanding is that he has a very accessible style. Here's his Web site if you would like to learn more .... http://www.eckharttolle.com/ ... For a little bit different perspective, you may want to try "Entering the Stream" by Samuel Bercholz and Sherab Chödzin Kohn. Just a few thoughts.
