Have bladder that is thickening but am having discharge from urethra and bleeding from vagina but had hysterectomy 32 years ago what could it be?

We can't know what this might be. It could be many things including an infection of some sort. Make an appointment to see your doctor. He or she will examine you, likely order blood-work and recommend any tests deemed necessary, like an ultrasound.
