I also have complete numbness in both hands and all 10 fingers from the wrists to the finger tips. Tingling occurs occasionally when I bend over with my left arm hanging down. I had anterior cervical reconstruction (C-3 to T-1)on September 29, 2017, but the numbness continues. I'm looking for some guidance with this condition so I can prevent it from worsening.

Hello.
Since you have had surgery, it's best to inform your doctor about this ongoing issue.

Hello. Thank you for posting.
Numbness of the fingers and/or hands typically is a result of conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply the hand. These symptoms are referred to as paresthesia of the fingers. Peripheral neuropathy is damage to the nerves of the extremities that often results in numbness or tingling. Diseases affecting the peripheral nerves, such as diabetes, can also cause numbness, although with diabetes similar symptoms usually occur first in your feet.
