July 16, 2016 - 6:51amIn general missing pills can decrease their effectiveness. However, it usually takes about one or two weeks of being off the pill to ovulate. This means it is very unlikely that you ovulated within a couple days. You can except spotting and/or an early period due to the missed pills.
Whether you miss pills, do not double up. Simply start where you left off taking one at a time.
