Hi i am 12 days post fet and i am on progynova tablet to take 3 times(3tablets for each dose). But unfortunately. I missed my afternoon dose.what will be the effect

I'm not familiar with the dosing of this for 3 times a day, only for the once per day dosing. So, I'll recommend that you check with your pharmacist about this.
