Hello Anonymous,
Have you had any diagnostic testing, such as a CT scan or MRI?
If the physicians cannot find any physiologic reason for your symptoms, it is quite possible that anxiety may be the cause.
A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause.
Symptoms of an anxiety or panic attack include a rapid heart rate, sweating, nausea, abdominal cramping, faintness, headache, dizziness, trembling, hyperventilation, and chest pain.
Anonymous, when does these symptoms occur?

I don't think I have gotten those test. These symptoms usually come during the summer when it's really hot outside. Maryann

Hello Anonymous,
Thank you for that information. I have one more question for you.
In the summer, when it is really hot, do you sweat? If you are sweating, you may have a problem with temperature control. For people with this issue, their bodies cannot regulate temperature properly. As a result, in hot temperatures, they can pass out.
