Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for seeking our advice.

I can tell you that you are not pregnant now because you had a period that lasted 11 days. If you did conceive, thus delaying your period, and now miscarried, thus bleeding for 11 days, that I cannot confirm.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset causes irregularities. The fluctuations in estrogen levels associated with perimenopause causes menstrual cycle irregularities. Problems with the functioning of the thyroid gland upset a regular menstrual cycle.

Anonymous, please consult with your gynecologist.

Regards,
Maryann
