Vaginal discharge is the way the vagina cleans itself.  It is generally no cause for alarm.  Abnormal discharge is usually yellow, green, or fishy smelling.  In these cases it could be caused by an STD, or a viral or bacterial infection; any of which can be treated easily.

Abdominal pain is a very general expression.  In order to pin down the cause you will need to analyze its relationship to your menstrual cycle.  If it happens right before or during your period it is probably cramps due to the muscle contractions that help expel the uterus lining.  If you are having random abdominal cramps than it could be due to digestive issues.
