I have to work for 10 hours while sitting. For last one month, i am suffering through severe lower backpain. Iconsulted the Dr. and he diagnosed it as spondylities. After medication, pain became worse, i counselled another physician, he advised me to take proper diet and regular exercise. Now pain intensity varies time to time. In addition, sometimes i feel that some sort of liquid is running down through my backbone and it agitated a lot, specially at night. Pls help me what should i do? I have a problem of high blood pressure and bad cholestrol as well. Iam doing exercise regularly, taking proper diet including fruits, salmon, walnuts daily. Iam 39 years old. thanks

Hi Anon,

I'm very sorry to hear about your constant lower back pain. Unfortnately, you will need to be diagnosed by a doctor since the process of diagnosing not only needs to be done by a doctor but it also requires an assessment, history, and diagnostic tests such as XRAYs and and MRI.

Some possible causes for low back pain include: injury, pressure on the nerves, fractures, a bacterial infection, and osteoarthritis.

You can also see a chiropractor if you don't want to go back to another doctor for a third diagnosis.
