Hi Anonymous,
Aids can be spread through exchange of bodily fluids so if you had unprotected oral sex, you could be a risk for contracting the Aids virus. Are you concerned that he has Aids or were you aware that he had Aids? For more information about the sexual risk factors associated with the Aids virus, please click here http://aids.gov/hiv-aids-basics/prevention/reduce-your-risk/sexual-risk-factors/.

Do you have other questions?

Hi Anonymous,
When you have oral sex there absolutely is a risk of being exposed to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including HIV, the virus which causes AIDS. Most STDs (as Missy explained) can be transmitted through bodily fluids. If you are concerned your partner may have an STD, contact your doctor, or clinic to be tested. In the future you can use protection to avoid getting any STDs, in addition to knowing your partner and limiting the amount of partners you have. Here is a quiz about STDs you can do:

Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for your question. No, you can't get pregnant from oral sex. You have to have penis to vagina contact or have ejaculate enter into your vagina somehow for you to possibly get pregnant.
For more information, please review these articles: Am I Pregnant after Dry Sex, Making Out with Clothes On? and Outercourse, Dry Humping, Dry Sex and The Misconceptions of Sex
Good luck, and please read at least one of the articles so you know about sexual activity, and how to advocate for yourself when it comes to these things. Be safe.
