hi over the last 2 weeks have noticed a dark spot onb my left nipple my breast feels quite heavy and uncomfortable when i lie on that side what is it?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Any new changes in the skin should be seen by a dermatologist.  Many things can be the cause, from a skin infection, a trauma, allergies or more serious conditions. Hope this was helpful?
