Consider beginning with tracking your ovulation time. Day one of your period is considered day one of the new menstrual cycle. Ovulation generally happens mid cycle or two weeks into the new cycle. The first day of your next period starts a new cycle.
For you, ovulation may happen around day 13 to 16. The best time to have intercourse might be day 9 and 16.
