Hi,I had tubal 3 1/2 yrs. ago while having a c-section,my period is pretty normal until now ,Im about 9 days late.My last period was 7/27/12 is this odd?

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many things can cause changes on your cycles, such as stress, medications, weight problem, perimenopause, medical conditions and many other. You might want to see your doctor, if you don't get a period.
