I sustained a heavy blow to the side of my nose yesterday evening completed by accident. Since then I have had a headache at the front of my head and also a feeling of pressure at the top of my nose. Should I be concerned

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for asking our advice.

Any trauma, especially a heavy blow that causes pain and pressure, is of concern.
If you are still having a front headache and continue to feel pressure at the top of your nose, please contact your primary care physician. Your doctor knows your medical history, can do a physical exam and order an x-ray, if deemed necessary.
