I would like to know what i can do at home get the swelling out of my left foot ankle leg i have elevated them i started using epsum salts this morning to try get it to go down nothing has helped

Applying ice can help reduce swelling also. To treat swelling you need to find the cause of the swelling. If you don't know why this swelling has occurred, and if the swelling does not get better, see a doctor.
