What can I do to get over a ghost pregnancy? I thought i was pregnant; i never had any symptoms.. only had a cramp in the lower abdomen and the lower right side... And when i stand up and put my hand above my pelvic bone it feels kind of hard.. is that my abdominal muscle? or is it the uterus?

How much sperm can be present in a drop of pre-cum? (without a previous ejaculation)..

how long does sperm in pre-cum survive in the air (on warm hands)? What about sperm in seminal fluid?

I am not sure why you thought you were pregnant if you had no symptoms. You would need to have missed a period, and cramping can be due to many things (period, gastrointestinal conditions, etc).

Pre-ejaculatory fluid (the fluid that is pushed up to the tip of a man's penis when he gets an erection) may or may not contain sperm. Most experts believe it does not contain sperm.

Sperm in wet semen can survive as long as the semen is wet. Once dried, it can not survive outside the body.
