Mild degree of spinal stenosis at L4/5 due to disc bulge, hypertrophic changes of the facet joints and thickening of the ligamentum flavum. Mild degree of encroachment of the subarachnoid space and neural canal by hypertropic facet joint disease.

Are you on pain medications now? Do they not help you enough?

Have you had or are you having physical therapy?

How long have you had this condition? Can you tell us how old you are, and a little bit about how severe the pain is and what treatments you have tried?
