Hi Anonymous,
First of all FSH stands for follicle-stimulating hormone which is hormone that releases from the pituitary that stimulates estrogen production. This is very important in reproduction. I will assume by your question that you are trying to conceive.
My first question is, have you consulted your physician about lower your FSH? Are you under any stress?
Research suggests that women who have high FSH usually are high stressed individuals and suggests that proper diets (with high vitamins and minerals) and exercise plans help lower FSH. For example, if you are a highly stressed individual, aerobic exercise is great to lower the amount of stress you are experiencing.
I found a great website that may help you also. It is called Fertility Community and you can find the link here http://www.fertilitycommunity.com/fertility/what-is-significance-of-fsh-levels.html.
Here is another site that you may find helpful which better explains the sort of foods you should avoid such as caffeine and alcohol. Please click here as you may find this resourceful http://www.epigee.org/guide/infert.html.
How long have you been trying to conceive?
