Hello Salimdost

Have you discussed your situation with your health care provider? Usually type 2 diabetes can be controlled with a combination of diet, exercise, and sometimes medication. Are you eating a healthy diet and exercising each day? Are you on any medication?

We have a section on diabetes that may help you: https://www.empowher.com/condition/diabetes.

If you are comfortable sharing more details about your situation, we may be able to help you further.
