Hi,
I am currently returning back to healthy living since this year was tough etc in many ways. I have also joined my local job and make a point to go there for at least half an hour daily (minimum). While the working out for the past month or so has begin to show changes, mostly its boiling down to losing the love handles. What are some healthy excercises that I can incorporate into my excercise schedule? I usually do half an hour of cardio daily and do weight equipment (various) usually for 15-20 minutes.

Hi anonymos1486,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Something very hard to get rid off. Some exercises for love handles are based on cardio conditioning such as Burpees, mountain climbers, high knees, jumping jacks and anything that will get your heart rate up really fast utilizing your body weight or some type of device. Burpees by far are one of the best exercises to lose love handles because it really forces you to burn a ton of calories in a very short period of time.

Here's a link that can help.
