Your blood pressure is very high. Requirement for a blood pressure Hypertension stage 2 is a value of 160-179 over 100-109. I would advise seeing your doctor. For some people, lifestyle changes such as losing weight (if you are overweight) reducing salt intake, dietary changes, quitting smoking, (if you smoke) can bring blood pressure down and help control it, for others medication is needed in addition to lifestyle changes.
