Guide

Hello. Thank for posting.

Your BP is within a normal range - but on the higher side of normal. Speak to your doctor about your concerns.

Ways you can lower your BP:
Diet - Limit the intake of sodium, fatty foods and processed foods such as starchy carbohydrates
Exercise - Engage in at least 45 to 60 minutes of moderate aerobic activities every day
Sleep - Get at least eight hours of sleep a night or enough to feel well-rested (this number can vary from person to person)
Stress - Control activities and or events in life that contribute to stress
Alcohol - Limit alcohol intake throughout the week
Smoking - Stop smoking all tobacco products
Medication - (if your doctor recommends it)
