I'd also love to know more. I can totally relate to night sweats, if that's what you're experiencing. I started experiencing them in my late 30's. Fortunately, when I got my hormones balanced, they went away and are now a distant memory. It's not fun to wake up like that.

Hi,
Your question was cut short in your title, with no additional information provided in the body of the message, so I'm assuming you are asking about night sweats...either what they could be caused from and/or how to prevent them? I'm not sure if you have a medical condition, if you think you may be entering perimenopause, or if you have another question entirely?
Either way, you've come to the right place! There have been numerous discussions on night sweats on EmpowHer, and you can read about Night Sweat Discussions here.
Please write back with a specific question, so I can provide more information (and not just a web link)...there is so much to talk about with this subject, I'm not sure where to start without a question from you! Hope to hear back from you soon.
