Hi!Im Myra 50 yrs.old and im confused if im pregnant or not.I had a period sept.27,38,29 I and my husband had sex. Oct 13,19,26 I take a home test,when 12days late nov.10 but negative.i have some crams and on my first week late i feel weak and always like to eat more.what do you think there is possibility i am pregnant? please help me.

Home pregnancy tests are generally reliable when taken 14-21 days after possible conception so it's most likely that your negative test was accurate and your period is late. Since you are 50, which is menopause age, you may be having a late period and face more irregularities in your periods in the coming months.

The perimenopause period which takes place before periods actually stop impacts your hormone levels which could be why you are having unusual cramps and an abnormal appetite.
