It is highly unlikely you can get pregnant this way. Most often it takes penetration and ejaculation inside your vagina. Even if he ejaculated on your clothing, the odds of sperm getting through the clothing and swimming up your vaginal canal to get you pregnant are basically zero.

As far as oral sex, I think if you are asking someone what to do, you are not ready. You are in control of your body and your sex life. Do not turn that control over to anyone else. Do what you feel okay about and are ready for, and say no to what you are not.

I suggest you go to Planned Parenthood or other health care provider to get some sex education and discuss birth control, because if you have birth control in place you will not have to freak out when you do have sex. It sounds like that will be an issue soon. So take control, get educated, decide what you want, and protect yourself.
