I discovered a lime size lump on 1 of my breast n a little so vein hard looking strain that runs like n inch n half squeeglie n looks lumpie n long I'm scared I no I have to get a memogram I've been putting it off

Mammograms don't hurt - they aren't very comfortable but they last less than 3 mins - you're in and out in no time.
Three minutes is nothing compared to breast cancer that has been ignored.

Make an appointment to meet a friend or do something else after your mammogram. You'll have something to look forward to after it's done and two appointments will have you up and about and busy. Most lumps are benign - don't overthink things. Remember - it's three minutes of your life - you've been on the toilet longer! ;)
