Q:

I had a ct scan done 2 years ago on my gallbladder to check for stones, no stones were found ,but a polyp was. The doctor suggest no surgery unless I had further problems. 2 years later and I just had a hiatal scan done..the polyp has enlarged. .

My gastric problems are so bad and I am eager to find an answer. I have GERD, IBS, and something called systemic sclerosis of the intestines .... I have bloated upper abdomen and excessive belching, constipation ,diarrhea, indigestion, excessive heart burn, pain and cramping almost every day . The doctors have tried me on numerous medications , I may get relief for a week or two then back to the same thing. I stay exhausted and now my glucose levels are hitting bottom lows. Please help !!

Don't worry you are not alone. I have the same exact symptoms. It is so bad that I thought I was going crazy. Finally my Doctor ordered a nuclear tests that shows how your gallbladder is functioning. It is an easy test! They found that my gallbladder is functioning very poorly. His recommendation is to have it removed. So I will be scheduling surgery soon!

Good Luck and Hang in there! I know how horrible these symptoms are!
