I tested my glucose level first thing this morning and it was 140. It usually runs between 130 and 140. I eat 2 shortbread cookies and drink a glass of milk before bed.

Have you been diagnosed with diabetes?

Two hours after meals, glucose levels of less than 140 mg/dl is normal.
Normal for person without diabetes: Less than 140 mg/dl (7.8 mmol/L)

Official ADA recommendation for someone with diabetes: Less than 180 mg/dl (10.0 mmol/L)
