Now picture before my period I was throwing up for two weeks it went off on the 26 of July an now I am getting a cramping nasty feeling again I need answers

The cramping and vomiting is not necessarily related to your menstrual cycle and most likely is not.
If you are on any medication these could be side effects. You could be nauseous from a intestinal problems. Ginger is a fast and natural way to elevate nausea. There are ginger candies that you can keep on hand that may help. The most important thing you need to do is stay hydrated!! Vomiting consistently can lead to many other problems. If the vomiting persists, you should definitely see a doctor!
