I had a radical hysterectomy due to cervical cancer. I was told by a local doctor that I can't get STD'S which seems absolutely crazy, I mean I still have a vagina and such, but anyhoo was just wondering about that.

Hi Tina,

You most certainly can still get STDs. That is really the first time I have ever heard such a thing. You are certainly right to say that the idea is absolutely crazy. Protect yourself.
