January 12, 2011 - 9:35amThanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. If you had sex last night, and had a "happy face" this morning, you may already be conceiving. There is about a 20% chance in a normal healthy woman each month. If your husband will be back tomorrow, you may want to try and "seal the deal" so to speak to improve your chances in case last night's didn't take.
