Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community for an answer.
Have you had unprotected intercourse since your last period?
If sso, then you should take an early response pregnancy test. Test in the morning. Use the urine when you wake up and first use the bathroom.
How old are you? If you are in your late 40s or 50s, it is possible that a late period is an early sign of perimenopause.
Have your menstrual cycles and periods been regular up until now?
Have you been under more stress than usual? Have you lost a significant amount of weight, or gained a significant amount of weight?
Has your level of exercise increased dramatically?
Regards,
