every time i do excerise it makes me limp for a day or so , it doesnt get any worse but does not go away any ideas? it is the same leg which ive been having hamstring problems with?

I am wondering exactly where your pain is on the bottom of your foot? Is it centered in one particular spot, and if so can you tell us where that is? Is it heel, mid-foot, ball of your foot or toes, for instance?
And does it hurt all the time during that day when you limp, or only when you put weight on it? Is it a sharp, stabbing pain or more of an ache?
Did you have physical therapy after you tore your hamstring? Have you seen a doctor since you had the knee pain?
Please let me know a little more about these questions and let us see if we can help you figure this out.
