When I woke up this morning the right side of my stomach, my right side and lower back has been really hurting.

I had a bad car accident 3 yrs ago now when I bend to clean and or wipe a certain part of my body I experience dibiltating pain it feel like the worse muscle pain you can ever experience. It passes the dilbilitating part but then I'm sore in my ribs the rest of the night. I'm actually scared to get in that position due to the extreme pain

The causes of right sided abdominal pain could be a sign of early appendicitis, an ovarian cyst, kidney stones, irritable bowel, or pelvic inflammatory disease.
