I started off with 25 mg of atenolol since I was 27 now I am 54, and now on 100 mg, I am also on two more HBP medicine benazepril and amlodipine and an aspirin because of having two TIA's and Lipitor. Pharmacists says that the atenolol is on back log and may not be able to get it anymore, what are the alternative meds that the doctor can try if I can't get the atenolol anymore? Thank you

Considering your history and multiple medications, you need to discuss any alternative treatment with your cardiologist.
