In case I don't hear back from you regarding my questions, here is some information:

- If you are not sexually active, a bump with a white top may just be an ingrown hair or a pimple (zit, acne).
- You asked "why, down there?". The answer is: because it's all skin! Plus, your genital area is typically moist and warm, and can be a perfect environment for a pimple or two.

If you ARE sexually active, please let us know. A bump could be a genital wart or other sexually transmitted infection or disease, and you would need to talk with your doctor right away. We can talk with you more about this process.

Can you tell us more, as "down there" covers a lot of area!

- Are you familiar with your anatomy, enough to describe where the bump is? Is it where there is some pubic hair? Is it on your labia, or other part of your vulva? Is it near your vaginal opening, inside your vagina, or elsewhere?

- Are you sexually active?
