Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you seeking our advice with your concern regarding a recent change in your menstrual cycle.

One possible cause is your body is adjusting to being off of birth control pills.

Have you had unprotected sex since stopping the oral contraceptives? If so, pregnancy is possible. When did you test?

Consider calling your gynecologist and report this. Your doctor can reassure you if this is indeed a normal response to being off birth control or suggest you have a blood pregnancy test.

Please keep us updated.
Regards,
Maryann
