I have irregular periods and I'm not sure when I ovulate.

1st day as on following dates
28 July
30 Aug
25 Sept
22 Oct
I am planning to conceive but i am not sure when i am ovulating? and how to caculate ovulation date?

Hi Sweet Angel,

Since you have irregular periods, my best suggestion would be to obtain ovulation tests from your local pharmacy. The tests will be more accurate than an estimate. Estimating and normally, you may ovulate between 12-16 days after the START of your period.  This is only an estimate though.
