i noticed clear fluid coming out of my breast when examined, also i do have sharp pains at the lower path of my left lower rip.

Discharge from breast cannot affect pregnancy. Clear discharge is commonly caused by stimulation such as being handled a lot or squeezed.
It can also be a sign of early pregnancy or when you stop breastfeeding. In your case, it is safe to assume that it was because stimulation from the examination. This is not cause for alarm.
The sharp pains under your rib could be caused by many different things such as constipation, lung conditions, injury to the rib, muscular injury etc. In order to know the cause it is necessary to analyze the whole picture. For example, how long have you had the pain? Have you possibly pulled a stomach muscle or cracked a rib? Do you have regular bowel movements.
All these things must be considered in order to find out the cause of the pain.
