I have a lump on the inside of my vagina and it was very painful to have sex what might be the cause of this?

We cannot diagnose you. To get a diagnosis you need to see a health care provider and have an exam. This could be anything from a cyst to an STD. Please see a health care provider right away to find out what is going on with you.
