I have never had sex but at the age of 15 i noticed something hanging out my vagina and now by 20 it looks a bit longer. The only thing i think can cause this is me injuring myself when i was younger

This may be some kind of vulvar or vaginal tissue, I'm sure a gynecologist can identify it and remove it quite easily. Schedule a check up.
