Guide

Hello Anonymous,

When you have missed a period, you should first take a home pregnancy test to confirm that you are not pregnant.

Sometimes, when you are so stressed, you do not ovulate and will miss a period that month. Stress temporarily alters the functioning of your hypothalamus, which is the part of the brain that regulates your menstrual cycle.

Once your stress level decreases, your period should resume.
If you miss another month, you should schedule an appointment with your physician.

All the best,

Maryann
