Hi Anon,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing pain and discomfort. I too, have a slightly shorter leg but don't seem to experience quite as much pain. I find that a chiropractic adjustment can really get me aligned again and keep me feeling good for some time. Have you noticed any triggers for your flare ups (sitting for too long, slouching, certain types of exercise, side sleeping)?  Have you seen a doctor for this?

The best bet would be to find out exactly why this is happening and look at treatment options from there. For now, you can visit our sciatica page or our treatment page for low back and sciatica pain to get a few more ideas: https://www.empowher.com/condition/sciatica

Good luck & please keep us updated.
