I have severe pain in the underarm area bt the chest wall

Not knowing, your age, gender and medical history, there is little that I can offer.
However, I can suggest you contact your primary care physician today. If it is severe chest pain, radiates down your arm or up your neck, and you experience shortness of breath or have trouble breathing, this could signal a heart attack.
