I have type two herpes and would like to start taking a good multi vitamin. Are there certain vitamins that will cause outbreaks? Will I be safe from outbreaks if I take an over the counter multi vitamin?

While I think it's not completely well known what, exactly, causes outbreaks, Zinc and vitamins A and C can help boost your immune system. You may be interested in reading this Prevention article onHealing with Vitamins: Genital Herpes.
