Benicar helps reduce your blood pressure but it will not relieve your stress. The only person that can work on this is you. You can start by addressing which factors in your life cause you stress: work, school. significant other, finances, etc. and then one by one, you can start working on those factors or you can try stress-relieving methods (or both).
