Thank you for reaching out to us with your health concern. Left sided chest pain can be alarming and suggestive of a cardiac problem. Considering your age, this should be brought to the attention of your doctor.
Is the pain constant or only happens with activity? Does it occur only when you walk? When did it first happen? Does any thing, like rest, make it go away?
